Guesthouse policy

GUESTHOUSE POLICY

We are very happy that you found us and that you can discover this wonderful place too! In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together some useful information for you. To this end, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:

The upper floor of our guesthouse is closed, it is forbidden to go up there due to the steep stairs! The entire lower part, 80 m2, is at your disposal. Patak Dream House can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child.

By booking the guesthouse, guests accept the house rules, the GTC and the data processing information and agree to comply with them during their stay.

CHECK-IN &  CHECK-OUT

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, please leave the accommodation no later than 10:00 a.m. Upon special request, only after prior telephone consultation, we can also arrange other times, of course depending on availability.

PERSONAL DOCUMENTS & CHECK-IN

We ask you to use every room of the house with the same care and respect as we have lovingly designed it for you. Upon arrival, we are legally obliged to forward the personal data of each guest – by scanning the documents – to the National Tourist Information Service Center. Therefore, we ask that you provide us with the necessary documents upon arrival (Required documents: ID card or passport and address card, from each guest). In case of refusal to provide the documents, we are unfortunately forced to cancel the reservation immediately.

OPENING & CLOSING THE HOUSE

  • You will receive further information on how to collect the keys on the day of arrival
  • Please lock the house at all times - especially at night and when leaving the building.
  • Please note that there will be an additional charge for lost keys.

PARKING

  • Parking is provided directly in front of the guesthouse, where there is space for two cars.

PET

  • You can only bring a small, clean dog (up to 10 kg) to the guesthouse for an additional fee. This must be indicated when booking! Please do not leave him unattended in the house or in the garden!
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their small pet.


SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse! Electronic cigarettes and their alternatives are not allowed indoors. (If you violate this rule, we are forced to charge a surcharge of 30,000.- HUF.) You can smoke in the designated area, outside on the terrace, there is an ashtray. Please use this and do not throw cigarette butts in the garden!

The use of candles, tealights or any open flame is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse area for fire safety reasons!

Please follow the regulations regarding lighting fires, fires may only be lit in the designated fire pit and must be constantly supervised. Extinguish the fire after grilling, no embers may remain.

RULES

  • In order to preserve the peaceful environment of the guesthouse, parties and events are not allowed. Please be mindful of the silence in the area and respect the wildlife of the forest and the neighbors who want to relax!
  • The furnishings may only be used for their intended purpose. Please do not take the furniture and objects inside the guesthouse out into the garden or terrace.
  • Only registered guests may stay in the guesthouse or its area. The accommodation provider or his agent is entitled – without prior notice – to check that only registered guests are staying in the accommodations

AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, WATER USE

  • The house is heated by radiators, which ensure a pleasant temperature on cooler days.
  • The air conditioning is only for cooling - please do not use it for heating. Do not set extreme temperatures, do not exceed 5-6 degrees from the outside temperature!
  • We ask you to be environmentally conscious and economical when using water!
  • Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet! All other waste - such as tampons, pads, wet wipes - please put in the bathroom bin!
  • Please also use toilet paper sparingly to ensure the proper functioning of the drain. Thank you!

GARBAGE

  • Please collect household garbage in the covered trash can in the kitchen.
  • When it is full, you can place the trash in the closed trash can next to the gate.
  • As the guesthouse is located in a wooded area, please do not leave trash or food leftovers outdoors, as this may attract animals and may even cause dangerous situations.

CLEANING

  • For stays longer than 1 week, we change bed linen and towels weekly.
  • We can also provide daily cleaning for an additional fee upon request, please let us know if you require this.

TELEVISION & INTERNET

  • Entertainment in the house is provided by the free ONE Home Giganet 1000 package (which includes unlimited WiFi) and the TV Family package (with 115 channels, of which 68 are HD).
  • We operate a security camera at the entrance of the Patak Dream House guesthouse. The camera records footage for security reasons only, and we delete it after you leave the house.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • The guest is solely responsible for the proper use of the guesthouse. The guest is responsible for compensating for any personal or material damage resulting from improper use or violation of the house rules. The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by him/her on site, in consultation with the accommodation provider or his/her representative.
  • The guesthouse is not responsible for the guests' personal belongings.

General Terms and conditions


1. General policies

1.1. The General Hotel Contractual Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) summarize the contractual content on the basis of which the Patak Dream House Guesthouse (2624 Szokolya, Török patak u.151.) (hereinafter referred to as the Guesthouse) in Szokolya, Szilvia Atri-Eöri (registered office: 2624 Szokolya, Török patak u.151.), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), concludes an accommodation contract with its Guests.

1.2. Individual conditions do not form part of these GTC, but do not exclude the conclusion of separate, special agreements with travel agents and organizers, sometimes with different conditions appropriate to the given business.

2. Contracting parties

2.1. A Guest is a natural or legal person who uses the services provided by the Service Provider in connection with accommodation in the Guest House. The Service Provider and the Guest, if the conditions are met, jointly become contractual parties (hereinafter: Parties).

2.2. If a third party (hereinafter: Intermediary) acts on behalf of the Guest during the conclusion of the service contract, the provisions of these GTC shall also apply, with the exception that the Service Provider is not obliged to check whether the Intermediary legally represents the Guest. If the Intermediary does not have the authority to represent, it is responsible for fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract and incumbent on the Guest.

3. Method and conditions of using the service

3.1. The Contract is concluded exclusively upon the written confirmation sent by the Service Provider based on the Guest's request for a quote submitted by telephone or in writing. If the Service Provider's confirmation differs from the conditions specified in the request for quotation, or the request for quotation does not cover all issues necessary for the conclusion of the contract, the contract between the parties is concluded if the parties agree in writing on all essential issues, or issues considered essential by either party. However, the contract shall only become effective if the Guest has paid an advance payment to the Service Provider. If the contract does not become effective due to the Guest's failure to fulfill the above obligations, the Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Provider a penalty of 30% of the total price of the ordered service.

3.2. A verbal reservation, agreement, modification, or its verbal confirmation by the Service Provider shall not create a contract.

3.3. The Contract on the use of the service is valid for a specified period.

3.4. If the Guest permanently ceases to use the service before the expiry of the specified period, this does not exempt the Guest from the consideration under the Contract. However, the Service Provider is entitled to provide the unused service to a third party.

3.5. The prior consent of the Service Provider is required for the extension of the use of the service initiated by the Guest. In this case, the Service Provider may stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the service already performed.

3.6. The condition for using the service is that the Guest proves his/her identity in accordance with legal requirements before using the service. No one may live in the Guest House without notification.

3.7. A written agreement is required for amending and/or supplementing the Contract.

4. Start and end of the use of the service (check-in and check-out)

4.1. The Guest has the right to use the service from 15:00 on the starting day specified in the Contract (Check-in).

4.2. If the Guest does not start using the service by 21:00 on the starting day, the Service Provider has the right to withdraw from the contract, unless the contract specifies a later arrival time.

4.3. If the Guest has paid an advance, the Service Provider may only withdraw from the contract after 10:00 on the day following the starting day.

4.4. In the event of the Service Provider's withdrawal as described above, the Service Provider is entitled to a penalty. The penalty is 50% of the total consideration for the service.

4.5. The Guest may use the service until 10:00 a.m. on the closing day, at which time he must leave the Guesthouse (Check-out).

4.6. Depending on the occupancy of the Guesthouse, the services before and after the above times may be provided for a fee.

5. Extension of the use of the service

5.1. The prior consent of the Service Provider is required to extend the use of the service.

5.2. If the Guest does not complete the use of the service by 11:30 a.m. on the closing day, does not leave the Guesthouse, and the Service Provider has not previously consented to the extension of the stay, the Service Provider is entitled to invoice the consideration for its services for each additional day.

6. Prices

6.1. The current price of the service (list price) is available on the Guesthouse's website.

6.2. The Service Provider may change its published list prices without prior notice (for example: due to package prices or other discounts). However, the change will not affect the contract that has already been concluded, unless the change in the list price of the service occurs due to a change in legislation.

6.3. When announcing the list prices, the Service Provider indicates the tax content of the prices (VAT, IFA) valid at the time of the offer, regulated by law. The published prices include the VAT specified in the law, but do not include the tourist tax, which is charged to the Guest in addition to the price. The Service Provider will pass on any additional charges due to changes in the effective tax law (VAT, IFA) to the Guest, with prior notice.

7. Offers, discounts

7.1. Current offers and discounts are announced on the guesthouse's website. The announced discounts always apply to individual contracts.

7.2. The announced discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.

7.3. In the case of booking products subject to special conditions, group bookings or events, the Service Provider establishes conditions set out in an individual contract.

8. Cancellation conditions

9.1. The Guest may withdraw from the service or terminate the service contract (hereinafter referred to as: cancellation) under the following conditions and by paying a penalty:

– in the case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the Check-in date, the penalty is 100% of the total service price.

– in the case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the Check-in date, the penalty is not charged to the Guest.

9. Payment method, guarantee

9.1. The consideration for the ordered services can be paid with a bank card designated as accepted by the Service Provider, or by transfer, or by payment via the website.

9.2. In the case of transfer, the Guest is obliged to transfer the consideration for the ordered services to the bank account designated by the Service Provider in such a way that the given amount is credited to his bank account before the start date of the Service.

10. Refusal to perform the contract, termination of the service obligation

10.1. The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Contract with immediate effect, thus refusing to provide the services, if:

– the Guest does not use the service as intended;

– the Guest exhibits behavior incompatible with the safety and order of the Guesthouse, behaves in an objectionable or rude manner towards the Guesthouse employees, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exhibits threatening, offensive or other unacceptable behavior, or smokes in a place other than the designated smoking area, or otherwise violates the house rules.

– the Guest suffers from an infectious disease.

10.2. However, even in the event of termination by the Service Provider as described above, the Service Provider may claim the full fee for the ordered service.

11. Accommodation guarantee

11.1. If the Service Provider is unable to provide the services specified in the Contract due to its own fault (e.g. overbooking, temporary operational problems, etc.), the Service Provider is obliged to immediately arrange for the Guest's accommodation or replacement of the service.

11.2. If the Service Provider fully complies with these obligations, or if the Guest has accepted the alternative accommodation offered to him, the Contracting Party may not make a subsequent claim for compensation.

11.3. If the Service Provider cannot fulfil its obligation under point 12.1., the Service Provider may only claim the fee covered by the service.

12. Guest rights

12.1. Upon the conclusion and entry into force of the contract, the Guest acquires the right to use the service.

12.2. The Guest may make a complaint regarding the performance of the services provided by the Service Provider during the period of stay in the Guesthouse. The Service Provider undertakes to handle any complaint submitted to it in writing (or recorded by it) during this period.

12.3. The Guest may exercise the right to assert a claim against the Service Provider from the termination of the Service Provider's service obligation, or if the service obligation does not occur, within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, after which the right to assert a claim shall cease.

13. Guest's obligations

13.1. The Guest is obliged to pay the service fee in accordance with the contract.

12.2. The Guest is obliged to comply with the Guest House's house rules.

13.3. The Service Provider's consent is required for the installation of electrical appliances brought into the Guest House by the Guests that are not part of the usual travel equipment.

13.4. Garbage may only be placed in the garbage containers provided on the territory of the Guest House. It is prohibited to take furniture out of the Guest House or move it within the Guest House.

13.5. The equipment and facilities in the Guesthouse are the sole property of the Guest.

13.6. In case of smoking in the Guesthouse, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the Guest an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 HUF.

13.7. In case of fire, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify any employee of the Service Provider. In case of fire or other alarm, the Guest is obliged to leave the Guesthouse as soon as possible according to the posted information.

13.8. The Guest is fully liable for damages caused during improper use. The Guest is jointly and severally liable for the compensation of the damage with the person causing the damage who is staying in the Guesthouse on the right or in the interest of the Guest.

13.10. The Guest must immediately report the damage to the Service Provider and provide the Service Provider with all necessary information to clarify the circumstances of the damage, possibly for the recording of a police report/police proceedings.

12.11. Upon completion of the service, the Guest is obliged to hand over the key to the Guesthouse to the Service Provider or place the key in a safe, as previously agreed.

14. Animals

14.1. Small pets may be brought into the Guesthouse. Only small dogs up to a maximum of 10 kg. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal. Contact with free-living and stray animals on the territory of the Guesthouse may only occur under the Guest's own responsibility, and the Service Provider is not liable for any bites or stings.

15. Rights of the Service Provider

15.1. If the Guest fails to meet his obligation to pay the fee for the services used or ordered in the Contract but not used, subject to a penalty, the Service Provider shall have a lien on the personal property of the Guest that he brought to the Guesthouse to secure his claims.

15.2. On the territory of the Guesthouse, the Service Provider is entitled to check the Guests entering and leaving, to establish their identity, and, if justified, to search the vehicles upon exit.

15.3. If the Guest fails to meet any of his payment obligations, the Service Provider shall have a lien on the personal property of the Guest that he brought to the Guesthouse to secure his claims in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code. The rules of the lessor's lien shall apply accordingly to this lien. The Service Provider may prevent the removal of the pledged property as long as the right of lien exists. If the object used as a pledge is a vehicle owned by the Guest, its retention as a pledge only applies to the pledged property and in no way restricts the personal freedom of movement of the Guest or those traveling with him. Persons may leave the Guesthouse without any other restrictions.

16. Obligations of the Service Provider

16.1. The Service Provider is obliged to provide the accommodation and other services ordered under the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and service standards.

16.2. The Service Provider is obliged to investigate the written complaint submitted by the Guest within the deadline and to take the necessary steps to address the problem and record them in writing.

17. Liability of the Service Provider for damages

17.1. The Guest is responsible for the supervision of his movable and valuables. The Service Provider is not liable for the loss, damage or destruction of the Guest's belongings.

17.2. The Service Provider's liability does not extend to those damages that occurred due to unavoidable reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider and its Guests, or that were caused by the Guest himself.

17.3. The Service Provider may designate places on the territory of the Guesthouse where Guests may not enter. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage or injury to the Guest that may occur in such places.

17.4. The Service Provider is only liable for valuables, securities and cash if the thing was expressly taken over for safekeeping or the damage occurred for a reason for which it is liable according to the general rules. Furthermore, the Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

17.6. The Guest must immediately report the damage suffered by him to the Service Provider and must provide the Service Provider with all necessary data that is necessary to clarify the circumstances of the damage, possibly to record a police report/police procedure.

18. Confidentiality

18.1. When fulfilling its obligations under the Contract, the Service Provider is obliged to act in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Public Disclosure of Data of Public Interest.

19. Force Majeure

19.1. In the event of a cause or circumstance (for example; war, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, power shortage, strike) over which the Service Provider has no control (force majeure), the Service Provider is exempted from fulfilling its obligations arising from the Contract as long as this cause or circumstance exists.

20. Place of performance and law applicable to the legal relationship of the parties, court of law

20.1. The place of performance is the place where the Guesthouse is located.

20.2. All disputes arising from the contract, with respect to the Service Provider, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a court with local jurisdiction.

20.3. The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Guest shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Hungary and the provisions of Hungarian law.

21. Data of visitors to our website

21.1. The Service Provider does not record the user's IP address or other personal data when visiting the website it operates. When visiting the website, free and anonymous searching is provided. The Service Provider uses anonymous internet visits exclusively for statistical purposes, to optimize its online presence, and to increase the security of the system; the recorded data does not contain any personal data.

21.2. The Service Provider treats all data and facts concerning Users confidentially and uses them exclusively for its own research and statistics.

21.3. The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for previous pages that have already been deleted, but have nevertheless been archived with the help of Internet search engines. The operator of the search engine must ensure their removal.

22. Data protection statement

22.1. The Service Provider considers the protection of personal data to be of paramount importance in its activities. In all cases, the personal data provided to it is processed in compliance with the applicable laws, ensures their security, takes the technical and organizational measures, and develops the procedural rules that are necessary to comply with the relevant laws.

22.2. During the Service Provider's activities, the Service Provider uses the users' data exclusively for the purposes of concluding contracts and invoicing, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

22.3. By ordering the service, the Guest acknowledges that he has read and understood the above terms and conditions and agrees with their contents.

23. Miscellaneous provisions

23.1. The Service Provider is entitled to amend the GTC by unilateral declaration. However, the amendment shall not affect the contracts already concluded.

23.2. The Guest acknowledges that he has read and accepted all provisions of the GTC, and that the Service Provider has answered the questions he has asked.

The Data Controller, Patak Dream House Guesthouse, hereby informs its customers, guests and visitors to its website (hereinafter collectively referred to as: data subjects, user(s) or guest(s)) that it respects the personal rights of its Guests, and therefore acts in accordance with the following Data Management Policy when processing its data. The Data Controller reserves the right to change the Regulations due to the coordination of the Regulations with the legal background and other internal regulations that may be amended in the meantime. The current version of the data protection regulations is available on the website www.patakdreamhouse.com, and the Regulations are also available in paper form at the Guesthouse.

This regulation regulates the data processing activities related to the services provided by the other accommodation facility called Patak Dream House Guesthouse, located at 2624 Szokolya, Török Patak 151, and accessible via the website.

I/2. PURPOSE OF THE REGULATION

1. The purpose of this regulation is to define and comply with the basic principles and provisions regarding the processing of data of natural persons and Guests who come into contact with the Accommodation in order to protect the privacy of natural persons in accordance with the relevant data protection legal provisions.

2. With reference to the provisions of point I.1, the purpose of these regulations is to ensure that the Accommodation complies in all respects with the provisions of the applicable laws on data protection, in particular, but not exclusively, with Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society, Act XLVII of 2008 on the prohibition of unfair commercial practices towards consumers, Act XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain limitations of economic advertising activities.

3. The Data Controller therefore considers it important and is committed to ensuring that the data provided by the data subject via the website or other forum or in any other way complies with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information. protect the data specified by law and respect the right of information self-determination of the data subjects. By fully complying with the relevant applicable laws, it contributes to creating safe internet access for the data subjects.

II. SCOPE OF THE POLICY

1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (April 27, 2016) - on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (General Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")

3. Subject matter scope: The scope of this Regulation covers all personal data

processing of the Guesthouse.

III. DEFINITION

User, Data Subject or Guest: any specific natural person identified or directly or indirectly identifiable on the bass of personal data.

Personal data: data that can be linked to the data subject, such as the name, passport or identity card number of the data subject, and one or more physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Guesthouse: Patak Dream House Guesthouse located at 151 Török Patak, 2624 Szokolya, operated by the Data Controller.

Consent: the voluntary and definite declaration of the data subject's will, which is based on appropriate information and by which he gives his unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data relating to him in full or in part.

Data controller: the natural or legal person or an organization without legal personality who, or which, independently or jointly with others, determines the purpose of data processing, makes and implements decisions regarding data processing, or has them implemented by a data processor commissioned by him.

Data management: any operation or set of operations performed on data, regardless of the procedure of the owner, such as collection, recording, use, organization, storage, recording, alteration, retrieval, transmission, disclosure, alignment,

Data destruction: complete physical destruction of the data medium containing the data.

Data file: the totality of data processed in a register.

Third party: a natural or legal person or an organization without legal personality who is not the same as the data subject, the data controller or the data processor.

Data protection incident: unlawful processing or processing of personal data, in particular unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction and damage.

Website: the www.patakdreamhouse.com portal and all its subpages, operated by the Data Controller;

IV. PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING

1. Principle of proportionality, necessity: Only personal data that is essential for the purpose of data processing and suitable for achieving the purpose may be processed. Personal data may only be processed to the extent and for the period necessary to achieve the purpose.

2. Principle of purpose limitation: Personal data may only be processed for a specific purpose, in order to exercise a right and fulfill an obligation. Data processing must comply with the purpose of data processing at all stages, and the collection and processing of data must be fair and lawful.

3. Personal data shall retain this quality during data processing as long as its relationship with the data subject can be restored. The relationship with the data subject can be restored if the data controller has the technical conditions necessary for restoration.

4. During data processing, the accuracy, completeness and – if necessary with regard to the purpose of data processing – up-to-dateness of the data must be ensured, and the data subject must only be identified for the period necessary for the purpose of data processing.

5. Principle of voluntariness: The provision of data by the data subject is voluntary. The Data Controller processes personal data with the consent of the data subject. Voluntary consent, as consent, should be understood as the user behavior by which the user accepts that all regulations related to the use of the website automatically apply to him/her.

V. DATA CONTROLLER DECLARATIONS

1. The Data Controller declares:

a. during data processing, it acts in accordance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information.

b. during data processing, personal data that the Data Controller has come to know may only be accessed by those persons employed by the Data Controller who have a task related to the given data processing.

c. ensures that the regulations in force at all times are continuously accessible to the data subject, thereby enforcing the principle of transparency.

d. the website processes the personal data of visitors confidentially, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, ensures their security, takes technical and organizational measures, and develops procedural rules in order to fully comply with the principles of data protection.

e. handles the personal data of Guests staying at the guesthouse confidentially, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, ensures their security, takes technical and organizational measures, and develops procedural rules in order to fully comply with the principles of data protection.

f. takes and ensures all measures to facilitate IT and other secure data management related to data storage, processing and data transmission in order to preserve the data it manages.

g. does everything that can be expected of it to protect the personal data it manages against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, damage and destruction, and to ensure the necessary technical conditions for this.

h. does not verify the personal data provided to it, and excludes its liability for their accuracy.

i. transmits personal data to third parties only exceptionally and in such cases, and connects the database it manages with another data controller only if the data subject expressly consents to it or if the law permits it, and if the conditions for data management are met for each personal data item.

j. operates exclusively in Hungary, does not belong to a multinational hotel chain, and therefore does not need to introduce and operate mandatory organizational regulations.

k. does not transmit personal data to a data controller or data processor in a third country.

l. keeps a register for the purpose of monitoring measures related to the data protection incident and informing the data subject, which contains the scope of the personal data concerned, the scope and number of those affected by the data protection incident, the date, circumstances, effects of the data protection incident and the measures taken to remedy it, as well as other data specified in the law prescribing data management.

2. The Data Controller excludes liability for the lawfulness of the data processing of a contractual partner in a legal relationship with the Data Controller.

3. In order to protect personal data stored in automated data files by applying appropriate security measures, the Data Controller ensures the prevention of accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, as well as unlawful access, alteration or dissemination.

VI/1. SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES AND DATA AFFECTED BY DATA PROCESSING

1. Use of guesthouse services

2. In the context of providing guesthouse services, the processing of all data related to the data subject is based on voluntary consent and is aimed at ensuring the provision of the service and maintaining contact. The Data Controller, with the exceptions set out in the individual sub-points, stores the personal data contained in this point for a period in accordance with the current tax and accounting regulations and deletes them after the deadline has expired.

3. For certain services, it is possible to provide additional data that helps to fully understand the Guest's needs, but these are not conditions for using hotel services.

VI/2. REQUEST FOR A QUOTE

a. The data subject, by clicking on the "Booking" button on the main page of the website, will reach the interface of the website where he/she has the opportunity to provide the data specified in point VI.2. and accept the booking and cancellation conditions and this data management policy. After providing the data, accepting the conditions and the policy, the data subject can send the named data to the Data Controller by clicking the "Send" button.

b. The data sent to the Data Controller is recorded in the G-mail system and an offer is developed for the data subject.

VI/3. RESERVATION

2. The activity and process affected by the data processing are as follows:


a. If the data subject accepts the offer and informs the Data Controller orally or in writing, the Data Controller will take the steps related to the reservation.


b. The data sent to the Data Controller are recorded in the data received by the Data Controller in the g-mail mailing system, thus creating the reservation.


c. The Data Controller will notify the data subject in writing about the reservation of the room.


VI/4. CHECK-IN AND GUEST LIST


1. Upon arrival at the Accommodation, the Data Subject shall complete a guest list prior to occupying the accommodation, in which he/she consents to the Data Controller processing the data provided below for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations specified in the relevant legislation (in particular the legislation relating to immigration control and tourism tax) and proving such fulfillment, as well as for the purpose of identifying the Guest, as long as the competent authority can verify the fulfillment of the obligations specified in the given legislation:

2. The provision of the mandatory data by the Guest is a condition for using the accommodation services.


By signing the guest list, the guest agrees that the data provided by filling out the guest list will be processed and archived by the Data Controller within the deadline specified above for the purpose of establishing and fulfilling the contract, proving its fulfillment, and for the purpose of asserting any claims.


VI/5. MANDATORY RECORDING OF PERSONAL DATA


After September 1, 2021, in accordance with the applicable laws, the personal data of those using accommodation services in Hungary as specified by law will be recorded by the accommodation provider in its accommodation management software via a document reader and forwarded to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).


In the interests of the rights, safety and property of the data subject and others, as well as for the purpose of checking compliance with the provisions on the stay of third-country nationals and persons with the right of free movement and residence, the accommodation provider will record the following data of the user in its accommodation management software upon check-in:


surname and first name;


his/her surname and first name at birth,

place of birth;

date of birth;

gender;

citizenship;

mother's surname and first name at birth,

identification data of personal identification or travel document;

in the case of a third-country national*, the number of the visa or residence

permit, date and place of entry.


*third-country national: persons pursuant to Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals.


The person using the accommodation service shall present the identification document to the accommodation service provider for the purpose of recording the data. Data not contained in the document shall not be recorded. In the absence of presentation of the document, the accommodation service provider shall refuse to provide the accommodation service. Based on legal regulations, the accommodation service provider is entitled to request the guest's identity document, and the guest is obliged to present it.


The accommodation provider processes the data of the users until the last day of the year following the date of receipt of the data for the purpose specified in the law. The police may search the data stored in the VIZA system, i.e. in the storage location specified by law, with asymmetric encryption, for the purpose of crime prevention, public order, public security, state border order, the protection of the rights, safety and property of the person concerned and others, and the conduct of the wanted procedure.


APPLICABLE LEGISLATION:


Act CLVI of 2016 on the state tasks of the development of tourist areas;


Government Decree 235/2019. (X. 15.) on the implementation of the Act on the state tasks of the development of tourist areas;

Government Decree 414/2015. (XII. 23.) on the rules for issuing identity cards and uniform facial image and signature capture.


VI/6. DATA PROCESSING RELATED TO BANK DATA:

1. The Data Controller enables the Data Subject to pay the consideration for the services and the advance payment by bank transfer.

2. The transfer via bank, and thus the disclosure of the related data to the Data Controller, is based on voluntary consent.

3. Data Subject: All natural persons who wish to pay by bank transfer.

5. The purpose of data management is to facilitate and monitor financial performance by the data subject. 

6. In order to preserve banking and business secrets, the Data Controller will do everything possible to ensure that the above data is only known to the owner.
