Booking conditions
The house can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. (In special cases, it can also be booked for 1 day for an additional fee, only by prior arrangement. We cannot make exceptions during holiday periods.)
To secure your reservation, please pay the amount within 48 hours at the latest (bank transfer or credit card payment is possible).The price includes exclusive use of the guesthouse and the garden, as well as final cleaning. We can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). We have also thought of the little ones in the guesthouse - a baby cot, high chair and bathtub are waiting for them, please let us know by the booking if you need them so that we can prepare them.
The price includes the use of bed linen and towels, an equipped kitchen, coffee, tea. The house has unlimited WIFI and TV (with 115 channels), board games, chess and many interesting books. We have also prepared bicycles for you to explore this wonderful neighborhood.
The price does not include tourist tax.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement by phone and for an additional fee (small dogs up to 10 kg).

Booking guarantee
50% deposit is required to finalize your reservation, and the remaining 50% is due within 48 hours (you can also pay the full amount directly at the time of booking). Please arrange for a bank transfer after booking (if you are not paying by card) as we can only hold your reservation for 48 hours.
The full amount of the reservation is due if there are less than 14 days between the date of booking and the planned arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
Changes to the date are possible without additional charge up to the 15th day prior to arrival.
The full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged within 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-in
Arrival is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Arrivals other than this are possible only by prior arrangement, depending on the occupancy of the house.
Check-out
It is possible until 10 am on the day of departure.
