Booking conditions
The house can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. (In special cases, it can also be booked for 1 day for an additional fee, only by prior arrangement. We cannot make exceptions during holiday periods.)
To secure your reservation, please pay the amount within 48 hours at the latest (bank transfer or credit card payment is possible).The price includes exclusive use of the guesthouse and the garden, as well as final cleaning. We can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). We have also thought about the little ones - a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath tub are available on request. Please indicate at the time of your booking, if you would like to use these so we can make them accessible for you.
The price includes all bed linen and towels.The kitchen comes fully equipped including tea and coffee. The guesthouse has a TV with over a hundred channels and unlimited WiFi is also available. You can also find lots board games, chess and books to choose from. Our accommodation also comes with the use of two bicycles so you can easily explore the surrounding areas.
The price does not include tourist tax.
Pets are not permitted in the guesthouse. A small, house-trained dog of up to 10 kg in weight could be accommodated but only if agreed with the owners prior to booking. An additional fee will be charged for it.

50% deposit is required to finalize your reservation, and the remaining 50% is due within 48 hours (you can also pay the full amount directly at the time of booking). Please arrange for a bank transfer after booking (if you are not paying by card) as we can only hold your reservation for 48 hours.
The full amount of the reservation is due if there are less than 14 days between the date of booking and the planned arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
Changes to the date are possible without additional charge up to the 15th day prior to arrival.
The full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged within 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-in
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Arrivals earlier than 3 pm may be possible dependant on previous occupancy of the house but only with prior agreement with the vendor.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure.
Departures later than 10 am may be possible dependant on previous occupancy of the house but only with prior agreement with the vendor.
